Booking terms and conditions

  1. Places must be booked using our online booking facility at
  2. To secure a place on a Return to Work with Confidence event payment must be received in full when booking.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email to advise that your payment has been processed and your place has been secured. If you do not receive this email, please contact
  4. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to
  5. Cancellations made until two weeks prior to the event will be entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations made later than two weeks prior to the event are unfortunately non-refundable.
  6. Places are transferable and will incur an administration fee of £20. If you wish to transfer your place, please contact with details of the new attendee and we will contact you to arrange payment of the administration fee.
  7. Attendees are responsible for their own transport costs.
  8. We reserve the right to change the venue, but this will be clearly communicated in advance and every effort will be made to ensure the alternate venue is within a short distance from the original.
  9. In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled, or postponed for reasons beyond our control, attendees will be given as much notice as possible and an alternative date will be arranged. If that date is not convenient, a refund will be issued.
  10. By booking a place on this event, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
