I’m Ursula. I’m a consultant, speaker and activist from Hampshire, UK on a mission to change the world of work for parents.

The mission began here on my blog, and has now expanded to incorporate consultancy, events, online programmes, speaking opportunities, brand collaborations, products and participation in government groups.

Working with individuals experiencing the challenges of combining career and family woke me up to the fact that the fundamental fabric of the way we work needs to change.
